Packing heat

Dear travel diary;

Today I find myself visiting some friends of mine.  They are quite the party gnomes.

Mamma Gnome always warned me about these types of friends.  Maybe she was right!

Gnome auction

Dear travel diary;

Today I find myself in a Gnome auction at the Better Gnome and Gardens show in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  Today we are having an auction for charity.  The Senators Foundation helps to promote physical and mental wellness in kids.  It's a great cause that is drawing the attention of the home and garden crowd.

A great charity and seasonal treat that makes you want to tend to the garden.  Now, if the snow would just melt.

The great bike trip through Ontario

Dear travel diary;

Today we set off for our great motorcycle trip across Ontario, Canada.  Starting in Ottawa, our first rest stop and most importantly our first ice cream stop is in Smith Falls.

Time to hit the open road and put the travel into this traveling gnome!

Halloween, Gnome Style!

Dear travel diary;

Today I'm getting ready for Halloween!  The garden is decorated and the house is looking spooky.  But what should I wear for a costume?  I did find an "Evil Gnome" costume.  Not sure if I'm ready for that.

Trick or Treat my Gnomey Friends!

Sincerely Nestor the Gnome.

Sight Seeing in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Dear travel diary;
Today I find myself wandering around Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  The air is crisp, fresh snow has blanketed the capital city.  I walked around the Parliament buildings, visited the cenotaph, the Chateau Laurier hotel and the Rideau canal.  What a beautiful city.  So many sights to see.
Sincerely Nestor the Gnome.
