Exploring Inuvik

Dear travel diary;

Today I'm exploring the little northern city of Inuvik, NWT, Canada.  At this time of year, the sun is always in the sky.  It takes a little getting use to.  The 24 hours of daylight makes you forget what time it really is.

Today I explored the local church (which boasts to be the most photographed building in town) and the local North Mart (a northern version of Wal-Mart).  I even talked with the locals and watched a traditional dance.

Sincerely Nestor the Gnome
